Abstract submission
Registration and fees
When submitting an abstract, you do not yet need to pay the conference fee. You can wait till your abstract being accepted, but not later than April 15th, 2025.
The abstracts should contain a maximum of 250 words. There are three contribution types:
- Abstract only – without full paper
- Abstract and then full paper considered for the best student paper competition
- Abstract and then full paper considered for the best conference paper competition

Early/Standard fee includes all lunches, dinners and coffee breaks during the conference as well as the Conference dinner. Spouse/partner fee includes coffee, lunches and one dinner.
