Practical and security information

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

  • A badge will be given to you on arrival. Please go to the welcome desk at the entrance to the City Campus.
  • You will also be given a login and password for wifi access.
  • Coffee breaks and meals are included in your admission ticket.
  • Voltage and sockets vary from country to country, therefore an adapter and a transformer may be necessary: the standard domestic electricity supply in France is single phase 220 volts, 50 Hz.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

Visible badges must be worn throughout the City Campus.

Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi infrastructure provides Internet access in almost all buildings, classrooms, lecture halls and circulation areas. In teaching areas, Wi-Fi access is sized to enable simultaneous connection of a number of people corresponding to the room’s capacity, and for “reasonable” use of the Internet: consulting a website, searching for information, or filling in a form, therefore, poses no problem. On the other hand, streaming audio or video, or the simultaneous downloading of large volumes of data by all occupants of a room, is not “reasonable” use.

PERSONAL EFFECTS AND OBJECTS

We strongly recommend that you do not leave any personal belongings in the corridors, classrooms, or any other areas of the school. The school cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage that may occur, or for the disappearance of or damage to personal property, which is always deemed to be in the custody of its owner or keeper.

DRINKS AND MEALS

Drinks and meals are strictly forbidden in classrooms, lecture halls, the Knowledge Hub, common areas, private areas and communal areas. This does not apply to common areas specifically designated for this purpose (cafeteria, terrace).

NO SMOKING

In accordance with the provisions of Decree no. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 laying down the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places designated for collective use, smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed and covered areas, whether in communal or private areas. The same applies to electronic cigarettes.

HEALTH INSTRUCTIONS COVID-19

In accordance with the government’s regulations on health conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, all persons present on Audencia campuses are required to comply strictly with the COVID-19 instructions, which will be communicated to them via the establishment’s information channels (e-mails, posters, letters, etc.). Anyone failing to comply with these instructions may be refused access to the campuses.
