Registration Process
Abstract Submission Platform (Until February 28th – extended deadline)
- Create an account on the abstract platform.
- Log in and submit your abstract.
- The abstract text must be inserted directly in the submission box.
- There is a limit of 3,500 characters, including spaces.
- Keywords must be included inside the main body of the abstract (the system does not provide a separate field).
- After receiving the abstract acceptance, you may submit the full paper to edsi2026@ucp.pt (optional), until April 19th, to be considered for the best paper competition.
Registration Platform (After Abstract Acceptance)
- After receiving the abstract acceptance email, access the registration link.
- Register using the same email address you used in Step 1 (Abstract Submission).
- Complete the payment using one of the available methods.
If You Are Attending Without Presenting
If you will attend the conference without submitting or presenting an abstract, you may skip Step 1 and register directly through the link in Step 2.
Note: We are not able to refund cancellations after May, 3.

Early/Standard fee includes all lunches, dinners and coffee breaks during the conference as well as the Conference dinner. Spouse/partner fee includes coffee, lunches and one dinner.
