Registration and fees

Abstract or full paper should be submitted to the system in pdf format by April 15, 2025. The abstract and full paper can be prepared either in Word or LateX format, but needs to be in pdf when submitting. Please carefully follow the respective template file (in Word or LateX) for format instructions, see link below.

In order for the paper to be included in the conference program, the presenting author needs to register and pay the registration fee no later than May 5, 2025. So please kindly complete the registration and payment procedure using the link below. Note that there is an early bird conference fee for those registering by April 15, 2025.

There are three contribution types:

1. Abstract only – without full paper
2. Abstract and then full paper considered for the best student paper competition
3. Abstract and then full paper considered for the best conference paper competition
