Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We often realize the real value of things only when we lose them. This was the case – at least for me – for the participation to scientific conferences in presence. After (almost) two years of online meetings, teaching, and conferences, we finally started to travel again and to attend international conferences. And we were all really excited to be in Dublin for EDSI 2022 a few weeks ago!

I am really humbled and honored to start my term as EDSI President and I am looking forward to contribute to the growth and development of our association in cooperation with the EDSI Board.
